S+T+ARTS Buen-TEK encourages artists to propose projects that address regional challenges through artistic experimentation and the conceptual frameworks of Buen Vivir and Lo-TEK. Priority will be given to projects that:<\/p>\n\n
Residencies are open to artists who are nationals or residents of eligible South American countries (Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay). Artistic companies, collectives or associations are also eligible.<\/p>\n\n
